The Challenge

As a recognized leader in the GTM operations space, CS2 had built an extensive body of work, insights, and educational content—but their brand and website weren’t effectively supporting or showcasing it.

Their existing identity felt outdated and didn’t match the complexity or cutting-edge nature of the systems and strategies they help clients implement. At the same time, CS2 needed to better communicate what they actually do in a space filled with abstract, technical, and often confusing terminology.

Another major challenge was their expansive content ecosystem, including podcasts, blog content, and educational resources. This library held significant value for both prospective clients and industry talent, but it was difficult to navigate, under-leveraged, and not structured in a way that supported discovery or engagement.

They needed a brand and website that could simplify complex GTM operations concepts through clear, conceptual visual storytelling while also organizing and elevating their growing content ecosystem in a way that felt intuitive, strategic, and easy to explore.

We created a modern brand identity and website for CS2 that brings clarity, structure, and visual storytelling to a highly complex industry.

A key part of the project was the development of conceptual graphics designed to visually explain abstract GTM operations ideas. These custom visuals help translate complex systems, workflows, and strategic frameworks into clear, engaging, and easily digestible graphics—strengthening CS2’s ability to educate, attract clients, and stand out as a thought leader.

The website was completely restructured to better organize CS2’s extensive content library, including podcasts, blog content, and educational resources. We designed a streamlined content experience that makes it easy for users to discover, filter, and engage with high-value materials, turning the site into a true knowledge hub for GTM operations.

We also developed a cohesive brand system for CS2’s content ecosystem, including podcast branding and supporting visual assets. This ensures consistency across all channels while reinforcing CS2’s authority and thought leadership within the RevOps and GTM community.

The result is a bold, intelligent brand and digital platform that positions CS2 as a leading voice in GTM operations.
