The Challenge

Having outgrown their existing brand, The DEN Collaborative approached Mothershed Design Co. needing to level-up their brand identity and stand out in the hot Denver real estate market.

The Solution

Mothershed Design Co. collaborated with The DEN Collaborative to harness their unique vision, resulting in a brand full of personality and a nod to the city’s mid-century modern homes. MDCo. expanded the TDC brand by creating custom patterns, icons, and marketing collateral, as well as a comprehensive visual system that can be easily co-branded with their brokerage.
